Conference Resource Tables
Interested in having your products sold at the Resource Tables at the National Storytelling Conference in Los Angeles? Email Cathryn Fairlee by June 15, 2010 at cfair@monitor.net to obtain the application form. Provide your name, contact information, number and type of items.
Logistics:
- The resource area will be in the Pearls Room at the Warner Center Marriott. It will be open on:
Thursday, July 29th 12:30-6:30 pm
Friday, July 30th 12:30-6:30 pm
Saturday, July 31st 8:30 am-12:30 pm
Sunday, August 1st 8:30 am-1pm
- Conference resources must be delivered in person with a copy of the application form to the Pearls Room during published resource hours. Resources must be picked up prior to 1:00 pm Sunday, August 1st. Unsold items that are not picked up will NOT be returned.
- To make room for a variety of items, you may bring up to a maximum of 20 individual items to sell.
- If you are having items sold at the resource tables, we ask you to sign up for a minimum of one hour of table staffing during the conference.
Note: All resources will be arranged on site by NSN Resource Committee.
Pricing
- Prices must be marked on each item and rounded to even dollar amounts.
- Vendors receive 80% of the purchase price; NSN retains 20% for the processing.
- Checks will be sent to vendors 4-6 weeks after the conference.
