Louisiana Storytelling Guilds and Organizations

 

Central Louisiana (CenLA) Storytellers Guild CenLa

Meets from 2pm-4pm on the fourth Saturday of the month from January to September. Alternating between Alexandria (Huie-Delmon House, Main Library Downtown) and the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Leesville. In September we co-host the Louisiana Liars Contest. In October, we Co-Host the Southern Crossroads Storytelling Conference with LSUA. In November, we generally present three or four Tellabration events -- each in a different town. Independent Children's Artist Network

ICAN is a support organization for artists of all disciplines, including storytellers. ICAN provides professional development opportunities, networking opportunities, career development assistance, and marketing assistance.
